Andrew Tenold is the owner of Black Dirt Racing Co. and driver of the No. 51 Toyota Camry, competing in iRacing and esports racing events across multiple leagues and endurance competitions. Based in the Midwest, Andrew has built Black Dirt Racing Co. around grit, loyalty, and a hardcore racing mentality, growing the organization into a recognizable name within the sim racing community.
As the driving force behind BDRC, Andrew oversees team operations, sponsorship development, social media strategy, endurance racing programs, and the overall direction of the organization. He believes racing teams should have personality, and has shaped Black Dirt Racing Co. into a brand known for its aggressive, blue-collar identity and standout presence both on and off the virtual track.
Zac Case - Competition Director & Social Media Manager
Zac Case (No. 6 / 66) serves as the Competition Director & Social Media Manager for Black Dirt Racing Co.. A key part of the organization since the summer of 2024, Zac has played a major role in helping shape the team’s competitive identity and online presence while also helping establish BDRC Endurance. Known for his competitive edge and determination on the virtual track, Zac has consistently been one of the team’s strongest competitors in oval league competition. His drive to compete at the highest level continues to push Black Dirt Racing Co. forward both in weekly league racing and endurance events. Outside of BDRC, Zac is also a House Driver for Precision Speed Solutions and works as a broadcaster for Precision Entertainment, further expanding his involvement and influence within the sim racing community.

Known for his old-school racing mentality and hands-on automotive background, Brian plays an important role within Black Dirt Racing Co.’s competitive program. His understanding of vehicle dynamics, racecraft, and motorsports preparation helps strengthen the team’s overall approach to competition and development.

Earl Dalton is the hard-nosed shop manager and unofficial enforcer of Black Dirt Racing Co., known for his blue-collar mentality, no-BS attitude, and lifelong obsession with racing. Whether he’s wrenching on racecars at 2 a.m., yelling at somebody over a broken welder, or standing in the garage with grease on his hands and a Monster Energy in reach, Earl represents the gritty backbone of Black Dirt Racing Co.
With years spent around short tracks, garages, and race shops, Earl brings old-school racing knowledge and relentless work ethic to the team. He’s the kind of guy who believes if it’s bent, broken, or blowing smoke, it can still be fixed in time for green flag conditions. Around BDRC, Earl has become a fan-favorite personality for his rough-around-the-edges humor, wild stories, and diehard loyalty to the team.
